As an important way of furthering its mission to create a healthier and more sustainable urban environment, EarthWorks is an advocate for environmental issues – most especially for those that affect the Boston area but also for those that affect the larger Earth community.

We seek to continually educate ourselves on environmental matters, to create an advocacy agenda and an ongoing process to identify areas of focus, to partner with organizations that are already excellent advocates in key areas, and to develop a core of volunteers and members willing to participate in activist efforts.
